Dried Parsley

Dried Parsley, which are typically used in cooking, are made from dried and crushed parsley leaves. It is an adaptable herb that goes well with a variety of foods, including meat, potatoes, soups and numerous sauces. The flavor of dry parsley is very sweet and discrete.

Parsley, sometimes known as garden parsley is native to the central and eastern Mediterranean region but has spread throughout Europe and is commonly farmed as a herb and vegetable. As a garnish, curly leaf parsley is frequently used.
